We will disclose personal information and/or an IP address, when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities and conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on MaxiTrucks.

Any reference to OEM names or OEM product identification numbers/part numbers/ descriptions / pictures /model numbers is for identification only and does not indicate that it is an OEM part. Most of our products are replacements parts when ordering, customers have the option to order using industry references, OEM references or MaxiTrucks references.

All Manufacture's name, numbers, symbols and description are used for reference only. It is not implied that any part listed is the product of these manufacturers.
MaxiTrucks parts are offered for the replacement trade and it is not intended to suggest that they are original parts.
If for any reason you need to return a purchased item, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must met the following conditions:
- All returned items must to be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All returns must have a valid RMA number issued by our customer service department.
- Orders can be canceled only prior to shipment or the start of the manufacturing process.
- Stock Items that are not defective in design or manufacture and are returned by purchaser for no reason attributable to Maxitrucks, shall incur a restocking fee of 20% of the total items price.
- Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is being returned because of a definite error by Maxitrucks.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damages must be reported within 24-48 hours of receiving your package. If a shipment arrives at your doorstep and is clearly damaged make sure to take pictures as these will help expedite the return process.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In order to send your purchase, our company may use a different freight company, this will not affect the final price of your order. We will send you all the information in due time.
We reserve the right to choose the method of shipment. If requested, expedited deliveries are available for an additional charge. Standard shipping inside the continental U.S takes from 3 to 10 days export orders depend on the carrier.
The weight information that we provided, is not exact may not be the actual weight, it is only for reference purposes.
Free Shipping Promotions
All Free Shipping items will ship either USPS or UPS and will have a 3 to 7 day transit time. For any products or promo codes that offer Free Shipping on orders or individual parts, the Free Shipping only applies to the contiguous 48 United States. For all other ship to locations, an accurate shipping quote must be calculated and paid. Free Shipping also does not apply to oversized or freight items unless specifically stated and a commercial zone address is required.
Freight/LTL shipping quotes are calculated based on delivery to commercial addresses. This means that the property must be commercially zoned and have official business hours of operations. If you do not have a business address and you have already purchased a Freight or Oversized item then we will contact you with an updated shipping charge that must be paid for delivery. If you have not purchased yet and would like a shipping quote to a non commercial address, we are more than happy to help!
Carriers will not automatically notify you ahead of time for delivery. If a notification for the delivery is needed, you must schedule a delivery appointment directly with the carrier after the order ships. Additional shipping charges may apply.
When a Freight shipment arrives do not sign the delivery receipt before you have fully inspected the package and have marked down the exceptions and damages on the receipt if they apply. If a Freight shipment does arrive and is damaged, we can not help you if you did not sign for it as damaged and clearly note it on the delivery receipt.
Upon delivery of the shipment, if you do not have the ability and/or equipment to unload your product the freight carrier may ask if you would like to have them unload the product with a lift gate or other methods. Any additional services requested such as this may incur an additional fee charged to the customer by the freight carrier and Raney's is not responsible for such charges. The decision to accept these charges lies solely with the delivery recipient.
